4.0Lage ist gut (unweit vom Bahnhof und vom See) - ansonsten keine besonders gute oder attraktive Lage, Rue Rousseau ist nicht besonders interessant.
− Zimmer hat zwar eine angenehme Grösse, ist allerdings mit unpraktischen Möbeln (insbesondere "Schreibtisch" und "Schreibtischstuhl") ausgestattet. Für den sehr beachtlichen Preis des Zimmers sind die Möbel zu günstig und wackelig. Ausserdem sind die Lichtschalter nicht selbsterklärend und die Zimmerbeleuchtung kaum zu steuern. Die Nachttisch-Beleuchtung hat zudem auf der einen Seite gar nicht funktioniert und auf der anderen Seite hatte sie Wackelkontakt. Am meisten gestört hat mich, dass mein Zimmer vom Zimmerservice vergessen worden ist und weder gereinigt noch in Ordnung gebracht und die Kaffeekapsel nicht aufgefüllt worden sind.

7.0Hotel tranquil amb ubicació molt cèntrica. Habitació gran en comparació als preus i mides d'altres hotels cèntrics.
− L'habitació no té armari. Sobre els serveis de l'hotel, diuen que hi ha gimnàs però és un espai molt petit amb únicament 2 bicicletes i una elíptica. L'esmorzar és senzill.

6.0Ideally located for the lake but no view of it, our room had a view onto an alley between two buildings - Room 306
− Only one member of staff covering reception and breakfast in the morning as such a lot of items run out and you have to keep asking for them to be refilled. Staff that was on was very pleasant.
