9.0the location is good, room is big and comfortable, with a strong AC, nice balcony and clean bathroom. perfect for a sleep or two. if you drive here, then it's a great place as it allows you to go to Trapani, Erice and nearby areas super quickly.
− I have never used a slower elevator in my life :D the parking is super easy in front of the building but a bit dangerous as it is not secure from the road cars going fast at night.

8.0Posizione ideale per visitare i dintorni Gentilezza di Enzo che, oltre ad averci mostrato la stanza e i locali comuni, ci ha dato moltissime informazioni su luoghi da visitare e posti in cui cenare. Stanza ampia e molto pulita.
− Faccio solo un piccolo appunto sull'uso della plastica monouso a colazione, ma è una mia fissazione personale.

− Molte zanzare in camera non ci hanno permesso di riposare. La colazione sarebbe più carina nell’area comune, l’attuale sala colazioni è un vecchio negozio con le serrande abbassate.

10.0We had a great stay at the residence. The apartment was modern, very clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring the surroundings of Trapani by car, from the beaches to the nearby towns. Breakfast was very tasty. We also really appreciated the common area, where we could always make a coffee or tea. A special thanks goes to Enzo, who welcomed us warmly and was always available with helpful advice. He was always ready to help and solve any problem, which made us feel truly cared for during our stay. Thanks to his recommendations, we discovered wonderful places, enjoyed great food and experienced the best of Trapani and its surroundings. Will definitely come back someday!

8.0La struttura ha una posizione strategica per scoprire le bellezze della zona e rimanere lontane dal traffico. Il centro di Trapani dista circa 3 km ed è necessario avere l'auto. L'host si riserva qualche minuto per illustrare cosa poter vedere nei giorni del soggiorno e consiglia un ottimo servizio per il tour a Favignana. Le camere sono spaziose e ben illuminate, dotate di servizi anch'essi ampi. E' presente un'area comune per ogni piano molto ampie. La colazione viene servita al piano inferiore con cibi dolci e salati per camera, con la possibilità di take away dei prodotti avanzati.
− Il letto risulta troppo morbido e i cuscini troppo alti da rendere difficoltoso il riposo. La struttura, nonostante sia nuova, presenta diversi difetti (doccione, pomello...) che andrebbero rivisti. La colazione abbondante ma di media qualità.
