10.0O quarto é simples, mas tem tudo que é necessário e descrito no anúncio. Viajei com minha avó que queria conhecer a cidade, o dono foi super solícito de mudar para o quarto térreo para a estadia ser mais confortável para minha avó.

5.0Boa localização. Quanto simples, que condiz com o valor cobrado.
− O quarto estava com muita infiltração. O cheiro de mofo era horrível, muito forte. Precisamos dormir com a porta da varanda aberta para amenizar, mesmo assim foi um grande incômodo. O colchão também estava em péssimas condições. Muito desconfortável. Banheiro sem box, o que faz com que molhe todo o espaço.
