Imobil nou, f curat, 2 lifturi, sisteme de securitate imobil+apartament. Amenajarea: de foarte mult bun gust, materiale de calitate (mobilier cu stejar masiv), culori calme dar calde, in acelasi timp eficient pt nevoile unui turist si usor de curatat (si de pastrat curat). Saltea super (nici prea tare nici prea moale), cu spatar f confortabil. AC living+dormitor, TV living+dormitor, SUPER canapea in living de 4 persoane. Masina spalat rufe+uscator. Bucatarie cu de toate inclusiv cafetiera, si Tchibo cafissimo (+capsule). De toate in baie in caz ca le-ai uitat acasa, inclusiv demachiant+discuri, dizolvant lac de unghii, servetele bebe. Toate facilitatile unui sejour mai scurt sau lung. Explicatii f clare si concise de la proprietar. Nici un zgomot din vecini. Curatenie: perfecta Facilitati: parcare, Vis-a-vis de centru comercial Kaufland+ Lidl+Pepco+ Jysk, etc. la 5 min pe jos. Bolt pana in centru costa 8 lei, pana in Copou cam 20 lei. Proprietar(a): colaborare perfecta, as zice "ospitalitate moldoveneasca adevarata". Am reveni si maine daca n-ar fi atat de departe de Bucuresti 😍.
