− Wonderful stay here for my meditation retreat at Bali meditation centre. Very kind owner that helped me get a rental bike. Accommodation is beautiful traditional Bali house. Nice natural and quiet area. Can recommend.

Nyoman was a precious human. Very generous of heart right from the get go. He made the stay memorable. As a solo female traveller I felt safe and he always showed up on time and was eager to help me solve my problems.

房主是非常友好的一家人，和他们聊几句天是令人愉快的事情。精致的小院子很漂亮。厕所和浴室是半露天的，同时也隐私和安全。洗澡的时候脚踩在鹅卵石上抬头可以看见月亮，很特别的体验。

Loved the feeling, the enchanted haven — Goodvibes around the grounds and in the room — magic little escape from the traffic and hustle-bustle — really nice space. Balinese carved stone and wooden details: classic traditional style — most authentic place i stayed in Bali. Close enough to waterfalls and coast yet quiet and far from the noises of highway. Host Kapten Nyoman is Mr Cool, he’s oozing good energy and you feel he’s “there if you need anything”, a ride somewhere, some local knowledge or some cultural stories. His wife was there cleaning the porch one afternoon after blessing the place with new ceremonial offerings and just as smiley as Kapten — what a welcoming feeling and what nice people!

− The one suggestion i had was a new towel rail. To hang and dry the towels. I can’t think of anything to say that i didn’t like.

Off-grid, but not clean

Authentic location, close to rice fields. Great off-grid atmosphere.

− Not clean. Clunky, old furniture. Bathroom is kinda outdoor.
