4.0− Le garage doit être partagé avec un autre logement et cela n’était pas indiqué dans l’annonce. Du coup à deux reprises il a été impossible de stationner notre véhicule car le garage était déjà occupé par autre locataire, non informé non plus qu’il fallait partager le garage. Nous ne souhaitions pas devoir garer notre véhicule dans la rue et avions choisi exprès cette location à cause du garage privé, dommage

8.0Da amabilidade do anfitrião em disponibilizar itens pedidos e facilidade de diálogo. Da água, chás e chaleira no quarto muito útil e prático.Um apontamento para o produto local o moscatel "Favaíto" também oferecido aos hóspedes. Penso que há alguns aspetos que podem optimizar o gasto energético, como janelas com melhor vedação e caixilharia e o aquecimento mais rápido e eficaz no banho pois até aquecer perde -se alguma água,fatores importantes sobretudo nos meses mais frios ☺️
