The property was exceptionally clean and modern—truly the best place I’ve stayed in Turkey so far. The weather was amazing, and the house itself left me speechless. It has plenty of spacious rooms, each offering a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pool was absolutely perfect—ideal for both swimmers and non-swimmers—and the heated option made it even better. The outdoor landscaping was stunning, with beautiful, well-maintained plants that added to the serene environment. Salih was incredibly helpful with everything we needed.

I had a fantastic vacation at a beautiful house with a stunning, well-maintained pool surrounded by lush landscaping, offering complete privacy. The home was spacious, elegantly decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed, from a modern kitchen to cozy bedrooms. We loved relaxing by the pool during the day and enjoying the beautifully lit space at night. The house owner was exceptionally welcoming, ensuring our stay was comfortable and sharing great local tips while respecting our privacy. The location was perfect—close to town yet wonderfully secluded. This place was the ideal mix of luxury and relaxation, and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommended!

Family vacation at Terra House Sapanca

The owner of the villa, Salih, is very kind and helpful.. He was always checking on our family continuously, making sure that we were all comfortable and happy.. He goes out of his way to make sure that we are comfortable.. The garden and pool area was gorgeous, and the outdoor tv section was also very useful. Melek was our helper during the stay, and she made us very tasty, turkish breakfast for the whole family. The neighbourhood was calm and beautiful for walking and exercising and a few minutes from the coffee shops and restaurants..

− The electricity in the neighbourhood was cut for a few days, on and off, due to heavy usage during the summer.. That affected our villa as well.. However, it was out of the control of the home owner, and he did his best to ensure that he resolved the issue for us..

A special thanks to the owner, Salih, for his exceptional kindness and perfect hosting. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and made our stay truly memorable.
