6.0The place looks good just not being cleaned and maintained properly, our door didn't close,,,had to fight it each time for it to close. The bathroom is so nice just lacked hot water the night we got there. I liked the guy from the gate, he is so professional but the cleaning ladies were not so professional, Saturday morning they arrived around 8 when my girlfriend was still sleeping and they started making noise has to ask them to lower their voices 😕
− You guys didn't give us all the things you claim to offer for the room I ordered. Even the wine glass was never offered when we arrived even though I don't drink.
