Not as expected as we stayed with children and elder persons satisfied only upto 60%.
3.0The attender was good, very interactive, and helpful.
− The villa did not meet our expectations. The biggest disappointment was the condition of the bathrooms. They were poorly maintained, and there were cockroaches throughout the bathrooms, making them unhygienic and uncomfortable to use. The kitchen also requires significant improvement. The following issues should be addressed: 1. No dustbin was provided. 2. The refrigerator was in very poor condition. It was difficult to open, making it inconvenient to store food or drinks. 3. The kitchen utensils were not properly maintained and need better cleaning and upkeep. The washrooms in both bedrooms were in the worst condition. The dustbins had not been emptied, and used diapers and tissues from previous guests were still inside. This clearly indicates that the villa was not cleaned properly before our arrival. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance of the villa fell far below the expected standards. Regular cleaning, proper pest control, and better upkeep of the facilities are essential to provide guests with a comfortable and hygienic stay.

10.0Spacious, good for a large family trip, kitchen with gas available. Can easily accommodate 10 persons.big Parking area in the compound and next to the villa also. Peaceful area, quickly accessible to the bus stand and railway station. Walkable distance to the nearest restaurants.

− Fridge is not working and cleaner is not cleaning good some sticky surfaces and fridge need to be added if not too difficult in summer and bathrooms need to be cleaned neat
