6th floor apartment in gated & guarded building with views.
7.0The location really requires a vehicle. We had just landed, and if you are an International visitor obtaining a sim card is a very real challenge to obtaining a hire car in order to use maps. The unit is on the 6th floor with lovely views. We booked knowing that it had a kitchen and therefore cooking would be an option as no restaurant or breakfast service is within the building. However the cooking utensils were limited, old, teflon was scratched and in general the basics needed updating. The bathroom leaked and we had to cover the floor with towels and squeeze them out. The owner was attentive, as was the building manager and they gave us a free night. It was a friendly & safe stay, however the location without a hire car is not recommended as it is too far from the city centre. However there were local shops, restaurants and everything we needed for meals within 5 minutes walking. With a hire car our experience using the apartment as a base would have been completely different; we stayed there for one week in total.
− The location without a hire car as mentioned above is quite a walking distance from the city. The building itself needs maintenance and replacement of kitchen utensils as cooking was not enjoyable or easy. However as also mentioned the building manager and owner were attentive via WhatsApp. The building is secure and guarded; and the location is within a very attractive neighbourhood.

10.0El departamento, es absolutamente cómodo, y espacioso. El barrio, muy bonito,tranquilo tiene un supermercado muy cerca y parada de bus si decides usar locomoción colectiva.
− La confección del WiFi era muy inestable, pero como andábamos de paseo, no tener confección no fue algo muy grave.

"NÃO VALE A PENA"
3.0Na verdade, de quase nada, pois o hotel anterior era muito superior, diferente do que o booking informava. O rapaz que nos recebeu foi amável mas isso não basta para uma hospedagem ser boa.
− Na verdade, o quarto era muito aquém da minha expectativa. Eu mudei do "hotel Nobile Hotel Premier Hill", cuja a nota no Booking era bem abaixo da nota Miradores del Chaco, e foi exatamente por isso que mudei. Mas chegando lá, verifiquei que tinha saído do paraíso e entrado em um lugar que não era condizente com a nota. vamos lá, não havia segurança 24 horas, a piscina e todo o entorno era impraticável, suja e sem cadeiras. as toalhas eram velhas e desgastadas, os travesseiros eram ruins, não tinha lençol, tive que pedir, não trocaram os lençois e nem as toalhas e quando solicitei alegaram que estava com gripe e que iria no dia seguinte mas não foi
