Séjour agréable grace aux equipes du matin et du midi.
7.0Établissement agréable et adapté aux familles. Piscine petite mais très propre. Une vue incroyable sur les ilets du François.
− Les difficultés du services de restauration lors du dîner avec seulement 3 tables occupées, mon fils a mangé seul après toute la famille 2 heures après notre arrivée au restaurant. Également un problème de TV signalé lors de notre arrivée et toujours pas réglé 3 jours plus tard lors de notre départ.

5.0Confort literie, gentillesse du personnel, petit déjeuner, piscine, cadre du petit déjeuner
− Propreté chambre (tâches sur les lits, moisissures sur la porte et joints de la salle de bain) légère odeur de cigarette dans la chambre. luminosité trop présente malgré les rideaux pour dormir au delà de 7h du matin, le manque d’insonorisation (on entend tout tout tout depuis l’intérieur). Réveil à minuit par des travaux sous la fenêtre !

− - Petit dejeuner (servir la chacuterie et le fromage dans de plus petite assiettes par rapport à la quantité) - Separer la piscine de l’espace repas / Mal placer - Ceux qui arrivent ou partent passent près de ceux qui se restaurent (delimiter l’espace) - Crottes de chien sur la pelouse (interdire l’acces du chien à l’espace de clientèle (enceinte de l’hotel).
