10.0If you’re looking for an authentic Italian countryside experience, this is it! Our host was very kind and even though we didn’t speak the same language we got by! The nature is fantastic, and the city center is a short drive away.
− Instructions to get there were a little tricky, but she did provide photos and instructions.
Pleasant once I was there but too difficult to navigate put up a few signs on the last road

− Directions terrible I spent the first night 12 hours in my car because it was dark and raining and I could not find the place and I got stuck in a mud field and had to be towed out the next day. I should be reimbursed because I did not spend the first night there because the directions were so dreadful. Not enough outdoor lights Directions inside should also be in English otherwise only advertise for Italians

8.0Spacious apartment, beautiful garden, private terrace. Good price/value ratio. Amazing view around the Umbrian countryside from the garden.
− The house is on more remote location than it was advertised on booking.com ( hard to reach and park with a low car). Unfortunately the air condition didn't work during our stay, but the owner gave us a ventilator. It was a little smelly inside, a kind of old building, old furniture smell.
