1.0− That Booking.com proceeded to take booking and funds for a property that has shut and there is no way of contacting for a refund.
No stay. No access. No booking
1.0There was no access to a derelect building so nothing to like. Should be removed from bookings.com as it is misleading and not a good look for the company and creates unnecessary issues when you think you have accommodation and it’s not there.
− On arrival the Belmore was locked up and abandoned. While the booking was confirmed online no access was available causing great stress and difficulty arranging accommodation. This was found some 40 kms away. Very disappointing and unacceptable

− The hotel has closed. There is no one there! I had to sleep in my car! I want my money back!

− There was no-one there, no staff, no reception. Phone numbers were disconnected. Obviously I couldn't even stay there, and had to make phone calls to get my money back.

1.0− The hotel was under renovations when I showed up and I did not have a room to stay in. The hotel or booking.com failed to mention that when booking the room. All the hotels in the town were also booked for the weekend and I had no where to go.
It provided a much needed place to stay, but questionable comfort.
3.0No staff on-site on arrival/reception, had to be advised by a person passing by to enquire at another location and report my arrival. No Breakfast option on site. No compliment bottle water available. The poor supply of tea/coffee & milk provided. No security on French Door to the veranda. No security on external doors to the building
