− 1. Toilet bowl master room kotor kekuningan, ingatkan kotoran yang tidak tanggal tapi bila saya berus boleh tanggal. Meaning cleaner tidak cuci tandas. Geli 2. Lantai berhabuk dan melekit 3. Air dari water dispenser berbau busuk macam bau air longkang. 4. Selimut terlalu nipis 5. Sofa berbau hapak 6. Tangki flush toilet rosak 7. Pintu toilet master bedroom tidak boleh tutup rapat

Good value if you are okay with basics. Ease access to a hospital and downtown Sandakan.
6.0Apartment was spacious. Host provided all basic necessities for the 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. Security was pretty good. Contact with the host was provided. Washing machine was working great. While we were there in the first few days the host installed WiFi Internet. It worked great. It was nice to have a rice cooker and electric kettle in the kitchen. Balcony had a nice view and had a drying rack for our Laundry.
− 1. Cold showers only (No water heater) 2. Only 1 aircon for the living room. No aircons in the bedrooms. 3. Only 1 set of keys. 4. No frying pans only 1 burned out old pot. 5. Not too many juice/water glasses and only 2 Coffee mugs.
