Man muß damit rechnen, daß in Soufrière immer mal wieder Elektrizität und Wasser abgestellt wird. Die Vermieterin hat (w
6.0der „caretaker“ ist extrem freundlich, verbindlich und helfend jederzeit und scheint den Druck seitens der Vermieterin zu bekommen, wenn man berechtigte Kritik anmerkt.
− Die Klimaanlage in den beiden Schlafzimmern funktionierte nicht. Es gab darüber vorab keine Information und die Vermieterin ging auf meine sofortige Information erst am letzten Tag der Reise ein. Keine Entschuldigung, keine Teilrückzahlung . Der „caretaker“ konnte erst am letzten Tag Ersatzteile bekommen und eine Klimaanlage in einem der Schlafzimmer wiederherstellen (vermutlich Problem auf der Insel Ersatzteile zu bekommen). Es dauert lange bis Wasser aus der Dusche kommt und temperierbar ist. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin ist schlecht. Es wird zum Teil nicht darauf eingegangen und man wird sehr herablassend abgewiegelt.
