Struttura non in grado di gestire imprevisti

− A poche ore prima del check-in la struttura ci comunica che la caldaia è fuori uso. Pertanto ci propongono prima l’installazione di delle stufette elettriche, senza possibilità di acqua calda. Poi quando si rendono conto della sciocchezza proposta, ci propongono un’altra casa ma assolutamente non all’altezza di quella precedente. Pertanto decidiamo di mandare i nostri ospiti in hotel.
