8.0Perfectly located right next to the Dambulla Cave Temple. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Everyone was superb, and any requests were handled quickly and professionally. A special mention to Damian and Siddhu, who were especially helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Do note that not every room has a TV, but the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable which made up for it. The food was good with a decent variety of options, making it easy to find something enjoyable each day. Overall, a great stay in an excellent location!

Nettes Ressort, aber leider zu ungepflegt und abgenutzt für einen längeren genussvollen Aufethalt
7.0Gute und ruhige Lage sehr nah an den Caves, Resort inmitten eines eigentlich schön angelegten Urwald-Gartens, weitgehend nette Zimmer, gutes Restaurant, sehr bemühter Service, vor allem der zuständige Manager war außerordentlich zugewandt und aufmerksam. Wir bekamen am Abreisetag sogar je eine kleine Lunch-Box, obwohl wir dort nur eine Nacht blieben.
− Das Resort hat die beste Zeit lange hinter sich, fast alles wirkt abgenutzt, ungepflegt und reparaturbedürftig. Die Zimmertüren wirken wenig sicher, die Türen zum Balkon sind aus Vollholz ohne Glas, so dass bei geschlossenen Balkontüren das Zimmer dunkel ist, die Betten sind hart, die Dusche ohne Spritzschutz etc. Die Auflagen auf den Sonnenliegen abgenutzt, am Pool abgesplitterte Fliesen etc. Die Fotos suggerieren ein völlig falsches Bild der Anlage. Im Vergleich ist das Ressort bei weitem kein 4*-Haus!

10.0The staff were fantastic, going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. If we wanted something changed or attended to they responded straight away. Siddu the manager were especially helpful in arranging tours etc. The safari was just super.
