Great place for families & friends.Would return in a heartbeat
9.0Convenient for an easy drive to Rusutsu ski resort. Place very clean. Very efficient heating… temperature always super comfortable. Plenty of comfortable beds. Two bathrooms with excellent showers. Two faaaabulous Toto (Japanese) toilets. Parking at front door.
− Tiny television & variable wifi. OK for social media but Netflix constantly buffering. Required rebooting.

− Needs a big pot for cooking pasta, colander to drain and grater otherwise all good.
Fantastic ski holiday in a very comfortable and well set up house.
9.0The layout of the house was lovely and we had access to all of the amenities required for a ski holiday apart from a ski boot drying facility and a coffee machine
− The only issue was access to transport from the house to shops and ski fields without having our own car or van. We had hoped the local transport would be designed to access these services adequately but unfortunately the timetable for buses was minimal access and so did not meet our needs. Next time we will organise to have our own transport. We had been offered access to a car but had chosen not to do this, thinking the buses would be adequate similar to the other ski resort towns we have visited in Japan.

6.0Big house, very clean and well furnished
− We visited during summer. The house has no AC, no fan and the windows cannot be opened because of mosquitoes. The house was too hot and we could sleep well.
