7.0Excelente ubicación, al igual que la atención por parte de los gestores. La casa es preciosa y una decoración muy moderna a la vez que bonita y acogedora
− No se cuidan los detalles ni el mantenimiento, manchas de moho en la placa de ducha, huecos no sellados en el grifo de la ducha, pelos en la piscina, enseres de limpieza directamente detrás de la puerta del baño, sin existir escobero. Actualmente al ser la reforma reciente no es un problema, pero si siguen en esa línea, lo será en breve. Relación calidad precio no se corresponde

10.0La ubicación es excelente. En la misma calle hay un parking de pago pero callejeando se puede encontrar aparcamiento. El edificio está muy bien restaurado y decorado con muy buen gusto. El apartamento es cómodo y práctico y las instalaciones geniales.
