7.0Tenían a una muchacha que hablaba español. Era muy agradable y nos ayudó en todo lo que pudo. Nos dieron mantas por si teníamos frío y la habitación no estaba mal
− El baño no me gustó nada,no estaba limpio del todo. Además las chicas de la habitación de al lado estuvieron haciendo ruido/ riendo a carcajadas (con un chaval que creo que no era del hostel) hasta las tantas en las partes comunes.

7.0Zona comune dell’ostello carinissima, staff accogliente, preparato e simpatico. Dispenser acqua calda e fredda, tosta pane e frigo ben funzionanti.
− Non ci era stato detto che avremmo soggiornato in un palazzo a 5 minuti a piedi dalla struttura, in una sezione più asettica e fredda. Il bagno al nostro arrivo era completamente bagnato e con capelli visibili. La cucina del palazzo aveva molte blatte e formiche.

− A very bad experience, disgusting smell and dirty environment. Very unfriendly staff, lacking any sense of service, extremely impatient, and even playing noisy videos in the guest room area, completely ignoring the guests' rest. I witnessed the staff stealing food from customers with my own eyes. What's even more terrifying is that due to the lack of monitoring, they will falsely accuse you of damaging certain items, and they will attack you in groups, forcing you to defend your rights while traveling. I escaped from here overnight
