9.0My husband and I liked the location. It wasn’t far from downtown Wilmington. You could walk there in 15 min. The condo was beautiful. We had everything we needed. We would stay again.

10.0Good location, lovely condo, bed was comfy. Great value. Would recommend to larger groups. Easy to get in. We didn't use the tvs but if you like big screen tvs you're in for a treat. Very spacious, lovely condo the open-feeling living room.
− The master shower is fancy but tricky to get the temp right so i went to the guest bathroom. The guest bathroom shower head needs to be cleaned is my reason for 4/5 on cleanliness. Everything else was great.

− The lint screen had not been cleaned for quite some time. And all shower heads were mouldy!!
