9.0Love the location and the easy way the get in the room...
Never stay here - worst hostel ever
1.0Nothing. Was poor from the outset.
− What a disaster - clean, unkempt, dirty linen in the room, stains on the carpet.Cheapest bed possible. Such a poor and rude check in - when I called to find out what was going on the girl was so hostile! The room was on the first floor with only a single lock - you couldn't half open it and keep it locked. And the blue air freshener was sickening! My expectation was an ensuite however had a shared small shower/toilet that was so tiny. I would love my money back as this was such a misrepresented hotel room - it is more a hostel.

4.0L'emplacement
− Les ressorts et les tâches de la literie, la salle de bain inexistante et partagée (une douche limite, un mini évier qui a du mal à se vider et des toilettes sales)
Sadly disappointing
3.0The location was good. The staff were helpful with notifying access codes etc
− The room was not clean. There was sticky mess on the bedside table. The bed was ruffled. There was a very strong smell of Febreeze which was overpowering when sleeping overnight. It felt as if the room had been freshened with a quick spray of chemicals rather than actually cleaned. I don't mind shabby but this was a bit revolting and had I not had to work the next morning I would have left and come home.
Location good for city centre but everything else was disappointing
3.0The beds were very comfortable. It was a good location for the city centre
− The TVs in both of our rooms didn’t work There was a strong smell of smoke and overpowering air fresheners The kitchen was filthy with dirty dishes stacked up There was no toilet paper in the bathroom It was a Saturday night, but it was so noisy with people screaming and shouting it was hard to sleep
BAD: overpriced, dirty, poor facilities
1.0Location is the only good thing about this hotel.
− No toilet paper in the shared bathrooms (we checked them all...) brown stains on bedding empty tissue box in the bedroom a kettle, but no cups tv didn't work no bedside lamp air fresheners plugged in everywhere, really overwhelming smell stains all over the carpets in communal area bedroom window above communal smoking area It would take less than a grand to make this a better self-catering hotel
