The location of the apartment and the urbanization was great.

− The house was not clean when we arrived, the wardrobe was full of dust and sand the kitchen cabinet where dirty, the awning was opened and full of water. There are very little kitchen utensils, there is a lot of cabinets in the kitchen but it's almost all empty. A good kitchen wet would be great. There's no hand soup in the bathrooms we had to buy them.

− I would like to start this review by saying that I never normally write bad reviews, I just choose not to go back, but this was such a bad experience, I want to warn other people. There were no redeeming features to this place. • Communication was very poor from beginning to end o I had to message on several occasions to get one reply o When they did eventually reply, it was in Spanish and I had to translate it o On one occasion when I enquired about sun loungers, I got no reply o When I asked about check out 3 days before I only got a reply the night before, So this resulted on us having to change transport to drop keys office at there office • There were no sun loungers at the pool • The apartment had very little in the way of basics o No kettle o No salt or pepper o No hand soap o No starter bottle of water o Cupboards and shelves were mostly empty • The floor of the apartment was dirty and made my feet dirty • There were dirty plates which had to be washed before I could use them • I was charged a transaction fee for each payment - £6.50 when the deposit was taken and £6.50 was taken again when the full balance was paid • The apartment keys had to be collected from and returned an office which was 20 minutes walk from the apartment • Very uncomfortable bed with long, hard pillows • The table and chairs on the balcony were too big for the balcony, leaving not enough room to sit round them • On entering the apartment, you are faced with a list of rules and penalties which starts everything off on a negative note e.g. 300 Euros charge if you lose the key • The view from the apartment is of a car park One final thing to be aware of is that all of the surrounding restaurants and bars were closed and there were no taxis available to take you elsewhere. I went in September, so it may be worth checking if this is just at this time of year.

Un buen ático muy bonito todo nuevo plazas de parking ,piscina muy limpia ,supermercado serca y playa serca. Excelente lo hemos pasado muy bien en familia

Instalaciones, ubicación respecto a la playa y a supermercado. El trato con el comercial. Piscina y urbanización en general. Parking privado y gratuito. El apartamento esta bien en general pero tiene algunos detalles que deberían de mejorar en cuanto a calidad-precio.

− Muy poca loza, vajilla, cristalería y utensilios de cocina en general. Se echa en falta una cafetera Dolce Gusto o similar. No hay gel ni champú, ni jabon de manos de cortesía.Los sofás del salón estaban bastante sucios. Algunas paredes muy marcadas. Las camas solo tenían sábanas y no tenían ni una colcha fina ni nada por el estilo. Las perchas de los armarios son de alambre. Estaría bien una Tv en la habitación principal que además dispone de conexiones para ello. La rejilla del AC del.pasillo gotea por condensación. La terraza es muy grande pero se echan en falta un par de hamacas para poder tomar el sol. Pueden parecer cosas de una persona muy "tikis mikis" pero en mi opinión, para el precio tan elevado que pagas, todos estos detalles deberían de estar bastante más cuidados.
