10.0The house was nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. The location was great— just a short walk to the boardwalk/ Ocean casino.
I will preface this review with the fact that I booked it day of stay. That being said, if it is available it should be

− Far too expensive for what it is. Upkeep is lacking.

They did a great job with those pictures, it’s not what you’re going to expect.
4.0Heat was working very well. WiFi works very well. That’s about it.
− So upon arrival the trash hasn’t have been taken outside, I had to do it. Soon as I walked in the house it smelled horrible. I spent $150 on cleaning supplies to make the smell go away. Basically this house look too good to be true. I had a tesla but the garage charger didn’t fit the Tesla charger. The couches had stains wasn’t comfortable to sit down. I also had to buy 3 bed sheets because the sheets weren’t fresh.
