Please note that the property charges an additional fee for arrivals after check-in hours: - From 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM: an additional fee of €30 - After 11:00 PM: an additional fee of €60. All late arrival requests are subject to confirmation by the property.
To confirm your booking, a security deposit of €700 will be required, payable by credit card prior to arrival — you will receive instructions from the property on how to proceed with the payment.
The deposit will be automatically refunded within 5 days of check-out, provided the property and its contents are returned in the same condition as found upon arrival.
In the event of any damage to the property or its furnishings, the host reserves the right to retain the security deposit, in part or in full, as compensation for the damages caused.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
