Für ein verlängertes Wochenende sehr schön

Modern eingerichtete Wohnung, alles wie auf den Bildern, sauber. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Bregenzer Wald. Für ein verlängertes Wochenende zu zweit würden wir wieder kommen. Bregenzerwald Card war inbegriffen, so daß man die Bergbahnen kostenlos nutzen konnte.

− Lage an der Straße nach Mellau war etwas laut, keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit im Schlafbereich, Glaswand zwischen Dusche und Schlafbereich gewöhnungsbedürftig, der Sitzplatz draußen ist der Durchgang zu den anderen Wohnungen, was uns aber nicht gestört hat.

Licht und Schatten

Check-In per Schlüsselcode ist einfach und unkompliziert. Es ist ein Neubau, modern eingerichtet und sauber. Fahrrad- und Skiraum mit Türcode vorhanden. Der Blick auf den Wasserfall vom Balkon ist sehr schön. Jede Wohnung hat einen eigenen Parkplatz.

− Hauptnachteil ist die Lage 10 Meter neben der vielbefahrenen Bregenzerwaldstraße mit sehr hohem Geräuschpegel rund um die Uhr. Mit offenem Fenster schlafen ist unmöglich. Selbst an der Gebäuderückseite auf den Balkonen ist es so laut, dass der Straßenlärm jedes "Alpenfeeling" zunichtemacht. Man sieht den Wasserfall, aber man hört nur die Straße. Einen eigenen Balkon hat nur, wer eine der Wohnungen am Gebäudeende hat. Bei den mittleren ist der Balkon der Zugang zu den Nachbarwohnungen. Die Wohnung war für unseren Geschmack zu dunkel. Eine wuchtige dunkelgraue Schrankwand auf der kompletten Längsseite. Verstärkt wird der Dunkeleffekt durch die komplett verlattete Ostfassade, die auch über die Fenster geht. Lichteinfall auf max. 30% reduziert, inklusive "Knastfeeling" beim Blick aus dem Fenster. Die Parkplätze im Erdgeschoss des Gebäudes sind so schmal, dass ein parken mit zwei Vans nebeneinander schwierig ist. Man muss abwechselnd vorwärts- rückwärts einparken damit jeder noch in seine Fahrertür kommt. Der Kofferaum geht bei geschlossenem Tor auch nicht mehr auf. Für uns passt damit Preis/Leistung nicht. Positive Bewertungen sind vor dem Hintergrund zu betrachten, dass dafür Reisegutscheine verteilt werden. Zur freundlichkeit der Gastgeber kann ich nichts sagen, da man niemanden persönlich zu Gesicht bekommt.
