The staff that dealt with us were very polite and friendly they were at the end of the phone and answered straight away if called the apparentment was very clean and comfortable

2ベッドルームだったので、3人で宿泊できてよかった。

− 基本的に不親切。シンプルな個人の部屋貸しだが、チェックイン直前になって100ポンドのデポジットを銀行振込みするように連絡があり(交渉の末払わず)、鍵の受け渡しも場所は知らされているけれどboxの暗証番号をなかなか教えてもらえない。あるべき駐車証も見当たらない。無料WiFiもどこにも案内がなく、自分たちでルーターを探しました。バスルームのひとつはシャワーなしでした！ Booking.comのアプリ経由でメッセージを送っても、ミーティング中だからと返信に時間がかかり、街中から少し遠い立地でもあり、サービスや設備を総合的にみて、とてもお得とは言えませんし、リピートはないです。
