− Hallo habe immer wieder Emails geschrieben habe von ihnen keinen antworten bekommen habe ein Apartment für 7 Nächte gemietet habe dan den Vermieter kontaktiert er sagte mir er sei nicht vor Ort und müsste die Schlüssel in Kosovo holen ab in inserate stand nicht das ich die Schlüssel in Kosovo sind und konte nicht das gebuchte zimmer stornieren
