Staff here cares about your satisfaction!
10.0After you make your reservation, you receive quite a lengthy text message about how to get into your room, the hours of reception, and alternative numbers to reach a staff member if you need something off hours. But it contains all of the information you need! And I ended up needing to use one of those off-hour contact numbers, only to find that the staff member who responded was exceptional in their customer service. He was extremely accommodating and communicative through their dedicated channels, and provided a more than satisfactory solution for my request.
