9.0plenty of room and very clean,well maintained.perhaps aircon would be good...was very warm one night-but plenty of fans provided to help.

10.0We loved the property for our 5 night stay. Spotless clean and kept internally, nicely furnished and well equipped, even with a good stock of LEGO and board games, which our kids made good use of! Very comfortable with amble space for our family of 5. Small but nicely kept garden. Well located - 10 minute walk to town. Would definitely be our go to when we are back in Taupo. Excellent comms.
− It would have been good to know in advance that a new house was being built 6-8 metres from the front door - the builders started at 7am (with music and power tools) and sometimes we’d be relaxing in the sunroom or front garden to be surprised by a few builders walking through the front garden to look at the back of the build! A bit frustrating at times but didn’t detract from our overall stay in what is otherwise a lovely holiday home. Gas fire starting mechanism needs attention.

A perfect family holiday retreat.
10.0A really nicely presented, clean and well equipped holiday home. The living areas are a good size as are the bedrooms. The lovely kitchen had everything you need and more. Great location just 10 minutes walk to the town or lake front. Our host Tessa was very good at keeping in touch. All round a perfect family holiday retreat!
