Schöne Lage aber sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung

Die Lage ist schön und abgelegen mit Ausnahme, dass die Finca direkt in der Einflugschneise von Palma liegt und alle paar Minuten ein Flieger quert

− Die Ausstattung ist sehr spartanisch und stark veraltet. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmen daher nicht. Viel schlimmer war aber die nicht vorhandene Sauberkeit. Überall Spinnweben, tote Insekten und Haarbüschel im Badezimmer. Daher wurde direkt am ersten Tag die Sauberkeit reklamiert. Der Anbieter Homerti schickte daraufhin am Folgetag ein Reinigungsteam. Die dreckigen Stellen wurden allerdings nicht gereinigt und lediglich die Haare entfernt. Dafür wurde das Haarbüschel in die Toilette geworfen und nicht mal abgespült. Wir waren daher maximal unzufrieden und haben nach Rückkehr eine Entschädigung gefordert. Homerti hat auf unsere Mail nicht mal mehr reagiert. Wir sind extrem enttäuscht und können zukünftigen Reisenden nur dringend abraten!!

Sehr erholsamer Platz zum Urlaubmachen, nah am Meer.

Ruhige Lage, uneinsehbares Gelände, toller kleiner Pool, gute Klimaanlage im Schlafbereich, die im Sommer sehr wichtig ist, gute Betten und schöner Garten.

− Die Ausstattung des Hauses sollte ergänzt werden. Es fehlen zwar nur Kleinigkeiten, aber für den aufgerufenen Preis hätten wir gerne ein paar mehr Gläser, ein Schneidebrett, bessere Töpfe und eine Mokkakanne mit Henkel gehabt. Auch ein Staubsauger oder zumindest ein Handfeger mit Kehrblech wären schön gewesen. Man merkt, dass das Haus vor Jahren als Ferienimmobilie eingerichtet wurde und nun nichts mehr ergänzt wird. Wir haben z.B. unseren Strandsonnenschirm für nachfolgende Urlaubsäste dagelassen. Für ein Haus dieser Preisklasse haben wir mehr Komfort erwartet.
