1.0− I have a handicap child I had to walk and go up the elevator. The keys did not work. We had to go back down. They gave me working keys. Somebody else was in the room. It was very dangerous. I don’t think I would ever stay with y’all again. I was by myself with my two kids one is special needs.

9.0The breakfast was really good. Plenty of food and the variety was nice.
− The shower head did work properly and we could not get cold water in the bathroom sink. Also, I had booked this through Booking. com and I said the room was for three adults and one dog. I never saw an additional fee for my dog nor did the desk tell me there was a fee when I registered. It wasn't until the very end where the checkout clerk told me there was a $115 fee for my dog. So I felt blindsided by that. It should have been on the website or upon checking in. Also at $115 for my dog, that's more than they charge for 3 adults. More than I have paid anywhere.
