The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring Bolzano. The owner was very friendly, helpful and responsive. Check-in was easy and well organized. The internet connection was very fast and reliable.

− Unfortunately, the towels were very worn and had a strong musty smell, which was quite unpleasant. The biggest disappointment was the bed - it was unstable, extremely noisy and noticeably tilted because of the uneven floor. I kept sliding down during the night and barely managed to sleep comfortably. The floors throughout the apartment are also very uneven.

Great location close to restaurants and shopping area, quiet apartment, friendly and informative host.

− The name “Holy View” is absolutely misleading as there is no view except at opposite houses, the staircase was dirty and a window there was open and could not be closed. There are no curtains in the bedroom to darken the room and the drain in the shower needs to be cleared. There is no cabinet for clothes except a chest of drawers.

Interesting apartment centrally located in beautiful Bolzano

We enjoyed our weekend in Bolzano in this apartment. The apartment is unique as it is in a historical building but renovated (potentially previously an attic?). I was travelling with my mum and it was great having two seperate rooms to sleep in. The apartment is very centrally located, minutes away from the city centre and a walk away from the train station, the bus stop, and cable cars. Despite the central location it was peaceful. The apartment has good air conditioning in both rooms which was a blessing in the heatwave!

− Nothing major - please keep in mind there are some stairs to get there (clearly flagged by the owner when booking), and for tall people like myself you need to be mindful of your head! I found the key to the main entry point a bit challenging at the start but once I got the hang of it it was ok. If you need both rooms set up to sleep, flag this with the owner in advance (which I did not but she helped sort out the next day). A few extra minor things would be good - we had to source a couple things ourselves (eg additional toilet paper) but nothing major!

Wir hatten als zwei Freundinnen einen wirklich sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Holy View Apartment und haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage hat uns besonders gut gefallen, herrlich ruhig und trotzdem ist man in nur ca. fünf Minuten zu Fuß in der Altstadt. Gerade nach einem Tag in Bozen war es toll, abends in die Ruhe zurückzukommen. Das Apartment ist gemütlich, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Besonders angenehm war für uns, dass es zwei separate Räume gab, eine von uns hat im Schlafzimmer geschlafen und die andere auf dem Schlafsofa. Das war für einen gemeinsamen Freundinnen-Trip wirklich ideal. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer war ausgesprochen bequem und auch das Schlafsofa hat positiv überrascht, ebenfalls sehr bequem. Wir haben beide wunderbar geschlafen. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht: Espressomaschine inklusive Kaffeekapseln für den Start, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Herd, Spülmaschine, bestens ausgestattet. Auch Kleinigkeiten wie der gute Wasserdruck haben positiv überrascht. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein, da einige etwas schmalere Treppenstufen nach oben führen. Uns hat das überhaupt nicht gestört, aber für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität könnte es hilfreich zu wissen sein. Insgesamt haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt und bedanken uns herzlich für den schönen Aufenthalt. Für einen Städtetrip nach Bozen können wir das Apartment definitiv weiterempfehlen! 😊
