Ottima posizione e vista!abitazione così e così
6.0Indubbiamente ha una posizione ottimale. Si vede il mare da entrambi i balconi che ha. In piu è a pochi passi da bancarelle e dalla via principale.
− Il problema è che l appartamento ha un bel po di difetti. Solitamente mi adatto a tutto però questo non significa che non noto alcune cose. C'è il gancio per l estintore in bella vista ma l estintore non c'è. Ci sono le bajour vicino al letto ma su una non c'è la presa di corrente sul muro e sull altra c'è una sola presa dove è collegato il condizionatore. Il letto è veramente scomodo e si sente che è affossato. In piu la struttura di metallo cigola perchè i bulloni sono lenti(li ho stretti con le mani) la zanzariera del bagno è attaccata con lo scotch argentato e nemmeno bene. Fuori ci sono le tende per il sole ma solo da una parte perché dall altra mancava la stecca che la reggeva.. è il terzo anno che vado a torre lapillo e questa ha la migliore posizione ma la peggiore internamente .voglio precisare che i ragazzi che la gestiscono sono stati disponibili e cordiali ma queste problematiche non possono risolverle mentre sei lì.
