4.0De hygiëne
− De accommodatie is niet rolstoelvriendelijk, wat wel gepromoot wordt op de website. Om bij de de kamer te komen moeten twee treden genomen worden. Dat heeft ons doen besluiten de rolstoel in de auto te laten. In de ochtend moesten we de rolstoel gebruiken in de ontbijtruimte. Het personeelslid kwam aangevlogen om te melden dat de tweede deur niet open kon (de rolstoel pastte niet door 1 deur). Dus de rolstoel uit elkaar gehaald en in de ontbijtruimte weer in elkaar gezet. Vervolgens gaf het personeelslid aan dat de rolstoel aan de kant gezet moest worden omdat anders de andere gasten daar last van zouden kunnen hebben. Let wel, het is geen keuze voor mij vrouw om gebruik te moeten maken van de rolstoel, dus is de opmerking ronduit kwetsend van het personeelslid. Tevens is er geen 'goedemorgen' oid aangegeven, dat moeten we zelf doen. Viel dus erg tegen. Tevens is het opmerkelijk dat er betaald dient te worden voor een parkeerplaats op eigen terrein, terwijl er te weinig plaatsen zijn voor de gasten om te parkeren. Onze auto stond niet in een parkeervak maar ergens op het terrein. Daarnaast was er geen gelegenheid tot het verkrijgen van (gratis) koffie of thee in de avond, wat doorgaans redelijk standaard is.

9.0- Sehr zentrale Lage in der Nähe vom Bahnhof - Bequeme Betten - Ruhige Lage - Schöne Umgebung
− - Vom Frühstück war ich enttäuscht. Daher nur eine 9 statt eine 10. Es hatte zwar viele Spezialitäten und das Buffet war schön präsentiert. Das Wesentliche war aber nicht mehr vorhanden (Brötchen, Früchte, Käse)

10.0Top modernes Zimmer, hervorragende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und der Wellnessbereich ist ein absolutes Highlight! Frühstück war lecker, schöner Raum, sehr nett und professionell.
