Com certeza vivemos uma experiência inesquecível. Desde o momento da reserva, o Lucas entrou em contato prontamente, fornecendo todas as informações sobre a estadia, enviando fotos, sugerindo passeios, indicando excelentes restaurantes e colocando-se à disposição para qualquer necessidade. Ao chegarmos, fomos surpreendidos por um chalé de alto padrão, inserido em um cenário simplesmente deslumbrante. Tivemos o privilégio de contemplar os balões colorindo o céu ao entardecer, apreciar a vista das montanhas e relaxar na banheira cercados pela natureza. Tudo na acomodação foi pensado nos mínimos detalhes para proporcionar conforto e bem-estar aos hóspedes. A limpeza é impecável, a decoração é de extremo bom gosto e o jardim, com detalhes românticos — como um lindo canteiro em formato de coração — torna o ambiente ainda mais especial. O café da manhã merece um destaque à parte: preparado com muito carinho, delicioso, com produtos frescos e feitos na hora. Durante toda a estadia, o Lucas esteve disponível praticamente de forma imediata pelo WhatsApp sempre que precisamos. Foi extremamente acolhedor, atencioso, eficiente e prestativo. Nossa experiência superou todas as expectativas e nos proporcionou um fim de semana verdadeiramente especial. Recomendo sem qualquer ressalva e, sem dúvida, voltaremos.

A cabana é simplesmente maravilhosa. Tudo muito aconchegante, bonito, limpo, cheiroso, bem localizado e o Lucas é muito prestativo nos ajudou bastante com os passeios também. Café da manhã ótimo.
