L emplacement de la maison près de la plage

− Plus de 30 coupures d électricité toute la nuit et dès notre arrivée le 30 décembre à 20h. Une baie vitrée manquante non signalée par la propriétaire ainsi qu un toilette cassée. Température 13° dans la maison. Il est indiqué chauffage sur les équipements dans l annonce. Pas de système de chauffage, seulement des chauffages d appoint que l on met dans les salles de bain. Un lit qui comportait 2 pleds en guise de couette. Nous avons appelé immédiatement la propriétaire qui n avait pas de solutions à part nous dire de ne pas brancher tous les chauffages d appoint selon les conseils de son électricien. Nous avons tenté de vous joindre, ainsi.que votre partenaire dès 11h le 31/12 pour être relogé. Toute ma famille s est fâchée car aucune solution n a été trouvée par vos services à part une proposition formulée à 17h30 d hôtel à Setubal de l autre côté de la mer seulement accessible en ferry. Pas de ferry disponible à cette heure là. Finalement nous avons tous passé la nuit du 31 dans la maison et la moitié de la famille est partie le 1er janvier et n a pas terminée le séjour. La réunion de famille a tournée au fiasco et certains nous.reprochent notre mauvaise organisation. Je suis très déçu par Booking et je ne.recommanderai.pas votre plateforme alors que je suis un utilisateur fidèle et régulier depuis de nombreuses années (statut Genius niveau 1).

localização e conforto da casa. muito próxima da praia, piscina óptima, casa grande e acolhedora. a proprietária recebeu-nos muito bem e deu uma boas dicas para aproveitar ao máximo a estadia.
