Peaceful stay in a classic old farm house

We loved staying in this beautiful old farmhouse with views across farmland and the wind farm. The bedrooms were beautiful and comfortable. The host leaves a well stocked fridge and lots of pantry items and there's a few different coffee options. There are a bunch of farm cats that visit - they are shy but my daughter loved them. Having grown up in the area I liked the feeling the house was like many farm houses I visited as a child and the personal feeling. The house has a lot of character - it's not a sterile BnB at all. We loved sitting on the verandah in the evening looking over at the Hornsdale Barn and reading about the history of the area with photos of people I knew as a child. The stars are amazing!

− Everything was great but the small aircon in the living room struggled in 39 degree weather - would love to return in cooler weather.
