Концептуално отговори на очакванията спрямо обявата за отдаване - приятен ограден двор, има място за паркиране непосредствено до парцела (но не е на обособено място, което е лек минус); просторна дневна; оборудвана кухня; достатъчно просторни спални. След разговор с домакинът, той прие анулирането на резервацията без санкция за клиента.

− Не беше почистено. Беше силно замърсено - запрашено, зацапано, следи от нечиста употреба по стените и т.н. Микровълновата беше наслоена с мазнини от употреба. За да се "вкара в ред" е нужно не просто почистване, а освежаване. Нужно е домакинът да осъществява активен контрол над чистотата и поддръжката на мястото за настаняване. Наложи се да откажа резервацията непосредствено след пристигането и установяване на ситуацията с чистотата. Особено неприятно, разчитайки на коректност и добра обратна връзка от други потребители.
