Perfect for our work during our stay
8.0Place was really convenient as our main working place was in INACAP, close to the airport. Very easy to access and comeback to avoid the usual traffic jam in Concepcion Parking spot, private residence with 24h guard Well furnished, great for 3 people with 2 bathrooms and all necessary stuffs to cook Clean and comfy Good explanations, arrival in autonomy with the keybox

− There was a weird smell in the apartment and the carpet was rather nasty. Also, we had to wait until 9PM to receive towels.
