Location was perfect, apartment beautifully furnished, everything you need for a nice break.

− Check-in experience was poor, recommend additional details are sent prior to check-in date, i.e. where is front door located, push door to gain entry and apartment can be located on top floor number *** door entry code is ****. Heating was also off when we arrived and no welcome booklet or instructions for your stay which is a little unusual. WIFI details not given and tv wouldn’t work, ideally instructions would explain everything. TV needs to be relocated to either eave as it’s currently a Health and Safety hazard for people hitting their heads. A small token I.e. welcome basket of local cake or crackers would be nice as a gesture.
