7.0Los servicios que ofrece y la amplitud del complejo, asi como la proximidad a la playa.
− Poca empatia del personal con el cliente. Tuvimos la desagradable experiencia de quedarnos 5 personas dentro de uno de los ascensores sin poder salir al haberse estropeado, entre ellos un niño de 9 años y un bebe. Afortunadamente los tecnicos tardaron 'solo' una media hora en poder abrir el ascensor forzandolo, cuando el calor ya era agobiante. Nos llevamos la sorpresa de que absolutamente nadie del personal del hotel, ni siquiera los tecnicos que abrieron la puerta, se interesaron por nuestto estado, sobre todo del bebe y del niño. Nada, ni un como están, ni mucho menos un 'sentimos lo ocurrido'. Soy consciente de que es algo que ocurre continuamente en cualquier lugar, pero que menos que interesarse por los afectados. Otro hecho, es el pagar la comida en el restaurante buffet libre, que te ofrezcan bebida ( refrescos, agua, vino, cerveza) y cuando te la traen te vengan con un ticket para pagar esa bebida sin que nadie te haya avisado de que solo el agua entra en el precio del buffet (cuando estan a la vista y al alcance de todos los clientes los grifos de todas las bebidas.

10.0Queremos agradecer a todo el equipo del hotel por unas vacaciones maravillosas. Todo nos gustó mucho. El hotel es cómodo, acogedor y muy limpio. Un agradecimiento especial al personal, especialmente al del comedor, por su amabilidad, atención y excelente trato. La comida estaba deliciosa y había mucha variedad. Nos vamos con muy buenos recuerdos y, sin duda, nos encantaría volver. ¡Muchas gracias por su hospitalidad!
