− I didn’t like how when we got there I guess the owner wife didn’t ask us anything didn’t know we had already made reservations didn’t speak kept pointing to the signs telling us there are no rooms by this time we are telling her we have a reservation that’s when the attitude started she didn’t explain nothing hair everywhere in the room the towel my boyfriend wiped off with had a clump of hair I will not state where I pulled it off of very rude and nasty people are traveling period and when they want to rest or come to your hotel you want them to be comfortable how when you have people just walking in your room I understand that’s there business but you knock you don’t knock them let yourself in I don’t care if it is check out I know that but I spent my money just for this type of service never again

Adequate for my specific needs during the week of the Masters Tournament.
6.0While my room was small, austere, and very basic, it provided the best combination of price and location for me as I worked at the Masters Tournament for 10 days. The property managers were nice and seemed intent to make my extended stay comfortable. My room was serviced every three days or so—toiletries refreshed and new towels delivered—and that was fine for me. I wasn’t in the room at all except to sleep as I was at Augusta National 12-14 hours per day. For what I needed during this time, Economy Inn Augusta was OK, and the property was a quiet, safe place to sleep between work days.
− I missed having a small table and another chair to eat when I came back to the room after work; eating on the side of the bed wasn’t too comfortable. Some hooks to hang a towel in the shower/bath area would help, too. The only chair in the room I used to balance my suitcase, so a folding suitcase “shelf” would really make the room a little more comfortable since the chair could be used for sitting.
