3.0Nos gustó el servicio de transporte, y la ubicación del hotel.
− Somos viajeros frecuentes y la mayoría de los hoteles en los que nos hemos hospedado en La Guaira, cobran a tasa BCV pero ustedes en la página web no especifican que cobran a tasa del Euro. Sobre el servicio de Restaurante, el personal de la noche, la chica no tiene conocimiento suficiente sobre los platos y al llegar lo que pedimos, la carne no se podía comer. Sobre la habitación, el colchón deben cambiarlo y las almohadas igual, ya están vecidas.

5.0Hice la reservación por Booking y cuando llegue me dijeron que se había caído la línea con ustedes y no tenía reservación, si el hotel no trabaja con Booking deberían decirlo para no pasar un mal rato
