Pasamos frío en el apartamento porque el aire no funcionaba, y no nos dieron una solución

La facilidad y flexibilidad horaria para coger las llaves

− El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, llamamos a mantenimiento de la empresa MalagaSuite e intentaron solucionarlo pero lo dejaron tal y como estaba, no sabían cómo arreglarlo. Con lo cual estuvimos a 15 grados de temperatura porque no conseguíamos que funcionase el aire y la empresa sin darnos una solución, así hasta el final de la estancia.

Mooi appartement en terras, matige bedden en informatievoorziening

Mooie heel ruime woning met enorm terras en prachtig uitzicht. Fijne grote keuken.

− De slaapkamers zijn een beetje basic/saai. De bedden zijn zijn categorie heel goedkope matrassen, vreemd in een huis wat verder wel op orde is. Wat ontbreekt is praktische informatie. We slapen met regelmaat in appartementen en bijna zonder uitzondering is er een map (of digitaal) met info waar de supermarkt is, met openingstijden, de leuke restaurantjes en info over de wifi. Dat moest nu via WhatsApp uitgevonden worden met de eigenaar die het ook niet wist. Categorie probeer dit eens en probeer dat eens. Uiteindelijk hebben we de combinatie van netwerk en password na een uur uitgevonden en het aan de eigenaar kunnen vertellen. Op de website lijkt het erop dat het appartement aan het zwembad ligt. Dat is niet zo, het zwembad was zelfs onvindbaar (ook die info ontbrak). Op de derde dag vonden we het bij toeval. Voor toekomstige bezoekers, aan de overkant van de straat is een onopvallende smalle trap. Daar naar boven kom je bij het zwembad. Het ligt meters hoger en is daarom net zichtbaar. Wel een mooi zwembad overigens.

The place is amazing, with nice views. The apartment was huge with a huge terrace, and the swimming pool was nice and big; also, there was a small pool for kids. The apartment was also well equipped. We also loved that it is so quiet there.

− 1st, what we didn't like was that the bathrooms were not cleaned properly; you could see limescale everywhere, plus spiderwebs in the living room. 2nd, what we didn't like were the beds and mattresses in both rooms, which resulted in back pain. 3rd, we didn't like that there was no cordless vacuum (the one in the apartment didn't work properly), plus some cleaning products were missing (bathroom cleaner, bleach, kitchen cleaner). 4th, the sofa in the living room needs replacing, including the cushions (they have permanent stains from previous visitors). But I believe these small things can be easily fixed, as we really enjoyed the place, and we could go back.
