− Not all facilities working. Not advised how air conditioner works. But you are probably not aware that other countries don't have a special switch for making the air conditioner work. We're not advised of available activities. Usually we find information in rooms or at the front desk of places to see and places to eat.

10.0The staff were kind catered for all my needs and were incredibly outgoing also when i went to Zanzibar they hooked me up with the crest hotel where i was greated by a taxi driver in which they organised and my stay at tge crest qas incredible. The manager Gabriel ensured my stay was 10 out of 10 . Also id like to thank Mary at Kerama Silent Lodge for organising everything.
