The best views of Batsi. The balcony just off the kitchen was our main gathering area. The accommodations are very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable on the middle floor. We did not use the bottom floor bedrooms so can’t comment on those beds. Bathrooms were large and well appointed. Kitchen was small but had everything you need for preparing meals. It was a very cozy place that I highly recommend.

− Please be mindful that there are stairs to get to the villa as well as spiral staircase inside from one level to the next. The stairs are very solid and was easy for me to get up and down but wanted to ensure this was pointed out.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, 5’ από το κέντρο του Μπατσίου. Ευρύχωρο σπίτι κατάλληλο για μεγάλες παρέες, με 3 μπάνια. Πολύ ευγενικοί και ευέλικτοι οικοδεσπότες πρόθυμοι να μας εξυπηρετήσουν με early check in και late check out. Εύκολο πάρκινγκ στον περιφερειακό δρόμο.

Lovely house for 4 of us, in a lovely town, on a lovely island.

Great views across the town from the balcony. Easy walk to the shops and restaurants on the front, but you do need to be OK with steps are there are quite a few flights of steps on the way. There are also steps down to the bedrooms in the house. Comfortable beds with AC in the room. Plenty of toilet/shower availability for a number of guests. Coffee machine and coffee pods on arrival.

− We arrived in the evening after a long journey. It was difficult to locate the property as there is no sign to Mpatsi Sunset House. It is no9, with a big 9 on the door, knowing that would have made finding it easier. Luckily we were with a local friend who helped find it. The house was excellent and roomy for 4 of us. I would not find it so roomy for 6, sofa space and kitchen table space suited the 4 of us. Batsi is full of lovely restaurants, we were there at the end of September so a lot were getting ready to close for the season. We walked to the beach across the bay, Colona Beach, stopping for drinks along the way. Very nice. Hired a car for 3 days to see more of the island, visited Panachrantou Monastery, Andros town, and lots of pretty little villages. Restaurants Oti Kalo and Belitsa were excellent, but did not have a problem with any of the others we ate/drank in.

This is a very clean & spacious home in a great location. All necessities were there with towels, water, instructions & bedding. The management checked in with us to be sure we had everything we needed. We tried the parking garage to have easier access to the main door, but getting out & up the driveway was a ‘considerable experience’, but we were warned about it. Interestingly, the surface was updated for better traction the next day - fortunately, there is good street parking immediately across from the property

− There were a lot more stairs that we had anticipated; which would have been ok except my wife broke her ankle a couple weeks before travelling & was a bit of a surprise, but not a knock against the property, jut bad luck on our part.

Great place! Would definitely stay again.

The property is located walking distance to a beach, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Excellent views from the balconies. The size fit our family comfortably. There were even screens on the windows and patio doors to keep out unwanted insects. We truly appreciated the cleanliness and nicely appointed kitchen - including the water and coffee.

− The entrance to the parking garage is on an extremely steep incline. It's more suited to a 4x4 vehicle. Our car burned tire rubber exiting the first day. We parked on the street subsequently.

All is perfect. The parking is impossible.
