5.0Klimatizace byla super a balkonek také. Okolí celkem v pohodě.
− Nebyl dřez, nádobí se mylo v umyvadle v koupelně. Prostor na sezeni u jidla chybel. Posezení bylo pouze na balkoně, kde při vysokých teplotách nešlo sedět. Na matraci obrovský flek... a celkově vybavení kuchyně bylo velmi omezené.

9.0Pokojík je malý, ale útulný. Je vybaven kuchyňkou ( vařič, mikrovlnka, lednička, varná konvice, nádobí, káva, čaj, ... ) Wifi funguje dobře. Všude čisto. Postel pohodlná. Pro děti v patře krásné ležení :-). Na balkóně instalován nový stoleček a židličky.
− Chybí zastínění dveří na balkón. V pokojíku není možnost stolování. To je možné na balkóně, ale když je pak méně než 10° C, tak to venku není ideální.
