− Außerhalb parken ist etwas schwierig aber man finden nach kurzem Suchen einen Parkplatz.

A small apartment with all necessary things including an oven and microwave as well as kettle. Roadside parking is available close to the property and there's a small Italian delicacy store across the street. Check in was easy. Just keep in mind that there will be stairs leading to the apartment. No problem in my case and also nicely lit in the evening/night hours.

− There is no fully functional kitchen, meaning you won't have a stove top. The one I saw on the property pictures was not connected and did not work.
