9.0Terrazzo ampio e la vista, angolo cottura comodo, bagno e soggiorno spaziosi. Molto gradita la presenza di prodotti per la pulizia, e macchina per espresso Lavazza. Comodo terrazzino coperto per stendere. Vano soppalcato con altri 2 letti singoli, utile per chi ha bimbi.
− Il box auto è per auto medio-piccole ma comunque è un plus averlo. Qualche suppellettile in più in cucina sarebbe gradito, come calici da vino, scolapasta piccolo, e una seconda padella.

− Consiglio qualche accessorio cucina in più tipo un tagliere,coperchio per padelle e un paio di padelle in aggiunta.
